Located inside the Courtyard Santa Fe, Castle Ranch Steakhouse serves up juicy steaks, fresh fish, and crisp salads for authentic Southwest dining. From an 18-ounce bone-in rib eye to fresh grilled Atlantic salmon, our Santa Fe restaurant is a favorite for guests and locals alike. Furthermore, all beef served at our restaurant is raised on Idaho grains, under the most rigid regulations for the best steaks in the Southwest. At Castle Ranch, we understand that sustainable range-fed beef is quality that customers can taste. All of our favorite cuisine is freshly-prepared and reasonably-priced.

In addition to Castle Ranch’s main entrees, savor tasty soups, sandwiches, and desserts for the total dining experience. For dining with the little ones, our Santa Fe restaurant features a children’s menu, while guests 21 years or older can enjoy a full bar in our lounge that opens at 4:00 pm daily and hosts a Happy Hour from 4:00pm-6:00pm.
